PROSAT has a thorough POPIA compliance document as well as more general terms and conditions for international use. These can be provided on request, and need to be signed by the relevant parties on purchase and prior to use of the platform.

The data generated by users are owned by the participating unit/institution, stored securely and regularly backed up.
